This is one of the many reasons why the owners of GENESI ELETTRONICA decided to create a company garden so that all employees who do not have a piece of land to cultivate can take care of and enjoy the fruits of cultivation.
A new professional figure, the green manager, has been identified among the collaborators, who manages the “Genesi Garden”. This is the name given to an area purchased by the company for various purposes: the construction of the new company headquarters, the company vegetable gardens, the dog park and the recreational events.
The Green Manager, complying with the directives given by the management, established the rules, gave the workers the keys to enter the areas above described and she almost every day manages this green area with eco-friendly standards.
As the days passed this area named Genesi Garden has become a meeting and integration place for both the employees and the new workers, a relaxing area in contact with nature, particularly the vegetable garden gives us the opportunity to provide our houses with fresh and zero kilometer products.
